The 80% of Indian Youth!!
The country with 50% of its population below the age of 25 can definitely reach heights in each and every sector. But is that the condition? I guess its not the case. All the creamy layer of youngsters are either working in foreign countries or not giving the damn about the happenings in India. And talking about the 80% of Indian Youth they are not getting out of their own world of dreams or say not getting proper guidance. They are so much engrossed in useless kinds of stuff neglecting the important happenings in their own country. We cannot blame the education system for that its not the education system that is stopping them from achieving their so called dreams. It's the small things which keep them away from reaching to that one point. Let's dig deeper here, to begin with, a very basic part of Indian youth i.e College. A very very crucial part of one's life where an individual can reach peaks of his own career. But is it the truth how many of our friends get very well settled? Very few.
Let's see through the problems which stop an individual at a very basic level. As I stated before almost all are stuck in useless problems which will not even matter after 2-3 months and are wasting 2-3 hours thinking about it. The urge to achieve big is getting vanished with the time. Performing in a College event or organizing it may get you temporary pleasure but it's not the way things work in the professional world. Getting to know the professional world is very important nowadays or else you will reach nowhere. How to work professionally, How to think professionally and How to execute things professionally these are the things an individual should know before getting out of college and not after getting the job or say opening the business. Gone are the days when there were no resources, everyone has internet handy now. We can use it for every thing but not for shaping themselves. Getting out of comfort zone, facing failures, feeling awkward is very very important which many of us are not getting into. Everyone is attracted to luxury but none of us is working for it. It takes nights and nights to earn that one vacation to your dream destination. All are just stuck in one or the other useless situations or thoughts. Until and unless this doesn't changes nothing will work launch as many schemes you want to but till the basic level of youth will not be taken care of India will run the same as it is now.
Maturity of things is also very necessary. It doesn't come by age it comes with experience. You are not really grown up until you see and understand your weaknesses and work on them. By 2020, 64% of India's population will be in the working age group with avg age of 29 years. Interesting figures, until we face the fact that half of them will be not well settled just because they wasted their 4 years of shaping their self. They were busy engulfing into useless kinds of stuff and when they enter to reality whosssh!!! The 4 years flash out..
